When booking through this website, you will be asked to agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. You are participating in LuLiYoga classes at your own risk and have declared any injuries or medical conditions that my affect your ability to participate in a yoga class.

​

2. You are aware that there is no refund policy. Once you have paid for a class, we are unable to refund you.

 

3. Customer code of conduct: You agree to arrive to class- both online and in-person- at least 5 mins before the class starts, you will provide your own mat, water, towel and hand sanitiser, personal first aid kit with personal medication as required.

4. Outdoor classes: You are aware that the weather might be unpredictable so you are willing to keep an open mind with regards to weather conditions during class and that the class may need to be postponed.

5. You agree that if you experience any discomfort or pain in class you will stop what you are doing and inform the teacher.

​

6. You agree to be polite and courteous to other participants and minimise any disruptions during class.

​

7. You will inform the teacher of any injuries or conditions you have at the start of class when asked. 

​

8. You will respect social distancing, remaining a safe distance away from other participants and the teacher. 

​

9. You are aware of the potential risks of Covid-19 and where possible will minimise this risk by washing your hands before and after class, using your own yoga mat, bringing hand sanitiser, respect social distancing.

10. Please do not come to a face-to-face class if you are feeling unwell or experiencing any of the following symptoms: 

• a high temperature – this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature)

• a new, continuous cough – this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual)

• a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste – this means you've noticed you cannot smell or taste anything, or things smell or taste different to normal
