A tailor-made treatment for your individual needs, focusing on the whole body as well as addressing specific injuries and helping to speed up your body's natural ability to self-heal and regulate.

Pregnancy Massage

Massage for expectant mums at any stage in their pregnancy- can help relieve tightness and pain, pelvic girdle pain, lower back pain, tight neck and shoulders and help to calm and relax.

Relaxing Massage

For individuals who just need some time out, a relaxing massage, focussing on de-stressing and calming the nervous system.

Combined Yoga & Massage

For individuals who would love to start practicing yoga but would like some individual attention, we finish the session with a tailor-made massage at the end of treatment for a fully body relaxation.
